Good to know
Questions, answered.
When is the best time to visit Egypt?
October to April is ideal for touring Cairo, Luxor and Aswan, with warm days and cool evenings. The Red Sea is enjoyable all year, and summer journeys work beautifully with early starts and afternoons by the pool or on the river.
Why don't you show prices on the website?
Because every journey is designed around you — your dates, group size, hotels and pace. Tell us what you have in mind and we will send a personal proposal with a clear, all-inclusive quote within 48 hours.
Can I customise a journey or travel privately?
Yes. All of our journeys can be private, small-group or fully tailor-made. Every itinerary on this site is a starting point that can be shortened, extended, upgraded or combined with others.
Do you organise biblical and church group tours?
Yes — faith journeys are at the heart of what we do. As members of the Faith Travel Association, we design Holy Family, Coptic Cairo and Mount Sinai journeys for individuals, families, churches and ministry groups.
What is usually included?
Our journeys typically include your accommodation, private airport welcome and transfers, licensed Egyptologist guides, entrance fees, Nile cruises and domestic flights where noted, and 24/7 support. Each journey page lists exactly what is and isn't included.
Do I need a visa to visit Egypt?
Most visitors, including US, UK and EU citizens, can obtain an Egyptian e-visa online before travelling or a visa on arrival. Requirements change, so we confirm the latest rules for your passport when we plan your trip.
Can I speak with someone before I book?
Of course. For private journeys you can book a 15-minute call with your journey designer or guide. You can also write to support@thetravelhub.org at any time.
